Whether in Tucson or in the Maritime provinces of Canada, there's a sense of renewal at the beginning of spring. In Tucson, it's carrying over to the real estate market.
We're financing purchases at a faster pace than at any time in the last twelve months. That is SO encouraging to me, as it is (I believe) an indication of buyers changing their attitude from "wait and see" to "let's get moving right now."
Those buds on the cactus represent tomorrow's flowers. Welcome to spring!

Mike - first of the photo is beautiful. Second - glad to hear that, hope some of it spreads this way too. ~Rita

Ditto!

That's encouraging news Mike. I hope it spreads to the rest of the country.
Hi Mike - Ah Spring! Great news that the purchase loans are up. Sounds like the Tuscon market is starting to get back on track.

How beautiful. Bright blossoms, rock and stone. All one needs for a lovely garden.
Mike,
Your area is so pretty in the spring - great photo. Fantastic news also. :)

Mike - Love the pictures. Spring came to Tennessee with 70 degree weather and sunshine.
Mike - That is one very STUNNING picture! I'd love to have a garden like that! I wouldn't need to worry about a sprinkler system!
Good comments from the open houses this weekend buyer appear to be out looking her also.
Terry,
Things are moving; no doubt about it!
Myrl,
We don't spend much time mowing the yard. LOL
Spring is sprung, the grass is riz... :)
Lenn,
It gets better. Here's another cactus photo:

Mike,
I love Spring and seeing all the flowers bloom, the trees bud and everything greening up.
