Cutting Spending? Here's a Visual To Put It In Perspective

The administration and the congress are debating a much needed spending cut. This video from YouTube puts it in perspective in a way that's meaningful.

You only have to look at the past three years to see how our livelihoods as agents and lenders are better when we have a fiscally prudent economy.  Watch this, and think about re-blogging it.

You don't have to be smarter than a fifth-grader to understand this visual!

As for me... I'm thinking, "Buddy, can you spare a Dime?"  Or two?  Or two hundred?

We can only hope things will get better in the next election. I am showing this to my children.

Always better to reduce than add. That pile on the right did not get there on it's own.

Now if he could take 2 pennies and the next president did , well someones grand kids would be better off.

i don't even know what year that would be lol

Enjoy the day

Don,

The visual impact of those stacks of pennies five high is stunning.  I can't succeed running my personal finances like that, and neither can the Government!

Harry,

You should talk about this on your radio show.

Mike,

Thanks for being the first to comment!  We need to be rolling the numbers back.

Mike - not only the government needs to change spending habits! We are in a mess and changes have to be made!
