Beauty And Order In a Chaotic Real Estate Market

Cirrus in bloom

Here's a little beauty and order in the midst of the turmoil presented by the present real estate market, flooded as it is with bank-owned properties, short sales, and the horde of rude exasperating listing agents (not you--you know the kind I'm talking about.) A Phoenix Rainer was telling me horror stories this evening about such agents.

Jesus of Nazareth said "Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow.  They toil not, neither do they spin.  And yet I say unto you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these."  This cirrus holds its own with any lily I've ever seen.

It's good for me to reflect on the beauty and order of the natural world.  Sort of takes the edge off of dealing with short sales and REOs.  Reflection improves my outlook on life and puts things into perspective for me.

We closed a difficult purchase loan today for a Tucson Rainer REALTOR, Kevin Wood.  He's tops in my book.

Kev, this post's for you.  Thanks for all you did to make things work and bring the transaction to the closing table.  You sure earned your commission on this one, and then some!
